Let's introduce ourselves... we are Tatiana, Niki and Lily. Moms - Aunts of two adorable and energetic boys, Pantelis and Viktor.
Our story begins in 2016, when our beloved Lily sewed the first swings for her son Viktor and his cousin Pantelis. Our little boys were only a few months old, but quite active and we were always looking (and still looking) for ways to keep them creative!
Thus, Pantelis and Viktor loved them from the first moment and spent endless moments of laugh, joy, play and even lullaby. Yes! Many times I used the swing to rock Pantelis to sleep.. Also, many times we took our swing with us on vacation, at the beach or on a picnic…
Lily continued to sew swings first for friends and acquaintances then and since then she continues to share smiles with many children several kilometers away from us.
The unprecedented era of covid and the quarantine found us at the peak of our creativity! (something that has been in the back of our minds for quite some time).
This is how Kounia mou was born!
With our first-hand experience with the baby’s needs and having a love for natural materials, we make baby swings with a lot of love and passion!
We choose fabrics with travel figures, happy patterns, adorable animals and we make sure to renew our fabrics often with the most beautiful designs!
We have experience of what exactly hard work means (!) and we check our fabrics to meet specific specifications both in terms of durability and composition so that they contain cotton and can be washed.
Viktor and Pantelis remain our official "testers" and guide us to new products! Both of them counting 4+ years now and loving to climb everywhere (inside and outside the house!) we made the huge rope ladders!
And our journey continues…
